Global Horizons is looking to hire Field Supervisors to oversee the day to day operations.

Duties and Responsibilies:

• Monitor the field conditions daily and ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensure employees daily for any unsafe conditions
• Conduct safety meetings twice a month
• Advise Operations of needs or changes.
• Maintain employee files.
• Responsible for conducting orientations and training.
• Keep an updated OSHA log on-site and forward copy to Headquarters.
• Manage Equipment and maintain in great condition.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have clear understanding of job-site safety.
• Must possess knowledge of products.
• Must have the ability to move and use ladders and power equipment
• Must have a clear understanding of preparation procedures
• Must be able to deal with personnel problemsprofessionally and swiftly.
